Welcome to Mojo’s Tattoo Parlor! We're proud to serve our customers both in-store and online. Below is our shipping policy, which outlines how we handle orders, delivery, and related services.


🔹 Shipping Availability

We currently ship within Belgium and to most EU countries. If you're located outside of Europe and are interested in our products, feel free to contact us directly for a custom shipping quote.


🔹 Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is shipped, including tracking information (if applicable).


🔹 Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Domestic (Belgium):

  • Standard Shipping: €5.95 (1–3 business days)

EU Shipping:

  • Flat Rate: €9.95 (3–7 business days)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors (weather, holidays, postal service delays, etc.).


🔹 In-Store Pickup

Prefer to pick up your order? Select Free Local Pickup at checkout. Your order will be ready for pickup within 1–2 business days at our Alken studio:

Pickup Hours: Tuesday–Saturday, 12 PM – 6 PM

You’ll receive a notification when your order is ready.


🔹 Returns & Shipping Issues

We do not accept returns on tattoo-related products, such as aftercare or hygiene items, due to safety and hygiene standards. For clothing, accessories, and other merch, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery (see our Return Policy for full details).

If your order arrives damaged or gets lost in transit, please contact us immediately at mojostattooparlor@gmail.com with your order number and photos (if applicable). We'll do our best to make it right.
